Clean Kitchen Club

The Brand

With sustainability and clean eating becoming more and more prevalent in recent years, plant-based diets have become commonplace, as has the number of great new businesses offering vegan meals that don’t compromise on flavour. The fastest growing of these brands is Clean Kitchen Club, who’s ethos is to bring vegan dining into the mainstream. 

Launched only a year ago in 2020, they now operate five sites with the aim to open another 40 in the next couple of years. The plant-based revolution is well and truly here, ladies and gentlemen.

The Task

We love a project like this. Clean Kitchen Club gave our Brand More team free reign to develop a new range of bespoke packaging, pairing function and design to enable their innovative brand to really stand out in a crowded market, whilst also staying true to their planet-first mission. 

Working in collaboration with their founders, we were able to create both branded packaging for their everyday products as well as unique items for short term projects, ensuring the same focus on sustainability ran through all of the products developed.

As well as overhauling the packaging, we were tasked with keeping consistency across all of the branding, ensuring the designs, slogans and colours were on brand and in-line with their brief.

The Outcome

A complete overhaul and reimagining of Clean Kitchen Club’s packaging. We oversaw the creation of go-to products such as clamshell boxes (soon to be launched on Brand Your!), salad bowl sleeves, coffee cups, greaseproof paper and even stickers to more bespoke items that are unique to Clean Kitchen such as flip-lid food boxes, sandwich pillow packs and chip scoops.

But we’ve saved the best ‘til last. We were particularly proud of their new “Happy Planet” meal boxes. Working together with their team, this completely bespoke offering was conceptualised, created and delivered in a matter of weeks. It has already been received incredibly well by their customers and has even opened up a new co-branded b2b offering for the brand too.

Our story with Clean Kitchen doesn’t end there. The project is ongoing and we’re excited to see what great products we can create together in the coming year.
