Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All our branded packaging are delivered via courier free of charge to any UK registered address. If lids are ordered at the same time as cups, the two products will be shipped at the same time with the same courier consignment. If ordering lids separately there will be a delivery charge of £12.95 for orders below £120.00.

International Shipping

We offer International Shipping with all of our products. Please call or email our team in order to receive a custom quote which will include the rates for International Shipping.

Refund policy

Changing your mind
We're confident you'll love your order. If you change your mind before approving your artwork, get in touch as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. Any cancellation is at our discretion. Where we agree, we'll refund the total amount paid less a 5% administration fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees and the cost of handling the cancellation.

Once artwork is approved, your packaging goes into production and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Something not right?
Please check your delivery when it arrives. Let us know about any damage or missing items within 5 working days, and any other issue within 14 days, with photos, at hello@brandyour.co. This does not affect your statutory rights.
