Shipping policy

UK Shipping

All our branded packaging are delivered via a trackable courier free of charge to any UK registered address. If lids are ordered at the same time as cups, the two products will be shipped at the same time with the same courier consignment. If ordering lids separately there will be a delivery charge of £12.95 for orders below £120.00.

International Shipping

We offer International Shipping with all of our products. Please call or email our team in order to receive a custom quote which will include the rates for International Shipping.

Refund policy

While we’re confident that you’ll be totally satisfied with your order, if you do change your mind — there is a small window of opportunity between placing your order and approving artwork where we can work together to halt the order and process a refund. Please note, once artwork has been approved we will be unable to process a refund as the packaging will be in production and print underway.
